个人简介:        

张永杰,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。2018年于荷兰阿姆斯特丹自由大学分子毒理学(Molecular Toxicology)研究室获得博士学位后,入职太阳集团城娱8722临床药学系临床药物代谢动力学研究室任专职教师。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项,中央高校基本科研业务费重点项目1项。累计发表SCI研究论文30余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者14篇;授权专利2项。担任J Agric Food Chem., Int J Biol Macromol., Toxicology等杂志审稿人;兼任日本金泽大学纳米生命科学研究所客座助理教授。主讲《生物药剂学与药物动力学》及实验、《临床药物代谢动力学》及实验、《药物基因组学与遗传学》等课程。

研究方向:

1. 创新药物的药代动力学研究;

2. 代谢酶调控的药物毒性反应及其机制研究;

3. 代谢酶调控的蛋白质后修饰过程及其病理、毒理学意义。
